Join the members of the Healthcare Construction & Activation Community Steering Committee as they share real, challenging situations they’ve encountered during the activation of new hospitals—and the lessons that transformed those experiences into stronger processes, smarter planning, and smoother go-lives.

Let their pain be your gain!

What to Expect
🔹Roundtable Moderated Discussion
Each speaker will share one or two “activation horror stories,” what led to the issue, and how they’ve adjusted their approach to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We expect great dialogue and shared experiences across the group.

🔹 Breakout Sessions
A steering committee member will lead each breakout session and share their reasons for taking a leadership role in the Healthcare Construction and Activation Community, as well as the value they expect the group to provide to our industry. Participants will be encouraged to go on video and introduce themselves (name, role, company), and share one thing they hope to gain from participating in this organization.

Speakers:
Ron Pruzinsky, Assistant Director, UT Southwestern Medical Center
Liz Callahan, Executive Director, City of Hope
Jill Worley-Shook, MBA, Medical Equipment Construction Project Planner, Northern Arizona Healthcare
Danielle Mattox, Manager of Equipment Planning & Projects, Sarasota Memorial Health Care System
